After a few tearful "see ya laters" from work and some Herculean project close outs....a sista is mentally exhausted. My Beau you ask? He's going to accompany me for the first few weeks - help me get settled, ensure I don't "take any wooden nickels" and join in on the inaugural fun! Unfortunately, he'll have to come back to the Sunshine State to work.
WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO DO before I go...say a few so-longs, PACK & PRAY that everything is in order. Yeah, I have movers, but I'm not moving EVERYTHING I OWN for a temporary move. #Wheredeydothatat? So I have to figure out what stays and what goes. Good problem to have, not my cup of tea! I've resorted to a schedule and a list...and I'm just gone pray about that thang and keep it moving! (I'll keep you posted).
I must say, 2013 has showed up and showed out! I thought it started out pretty rocky. I've now come to realize, it really started out with God helping me to shed some dead emotional weight to make room for an intimate relationship with Him, an amazing love, fantastic friends and a great family. Amidst my life shifting focus, my vision has only become clearer.
